Will it exaggerate my physique?
No. The preset defines what is there with light and a rim; it does not add muscle. If you want a small adjustment, Body Reshape is a separate, restrained tool.
Can I show a specific sport?
Yes. Put the setting and props in the Setting field — "a boxing gym with a heavy bag", "a track at dawn" — and the kit in the Outfit field.
Are fitness photos high enough resolution to print?
Shoot at Pro or Max finish and use Upscale on the result: 8 MP for an A4 print, 16 MP for A3 and canvas, 32 MP for posters.
