Background Remover does one job precisely: it separates you — or your pet, or a product — from whatever was behind you and hands back a transparent PNG. Edges around hair, fingers and fabric are handled with care, so the cut-out drops onto a new color, a card layout, a sticker sheet or a slide without the jagged halo of a quick selection tool. Results render on a checkerboard in the Studio so you can see exactly what is transparent.
It is the utility behind a hundred small tasks: a profile picture on a brand color, a team page where everyone sits on the same backdrop, a printable cut-out for a birthday banner, a product on white for a listing, a pet sticker pack. Because it outputs a PNG with alpha, the result can go anywhere — design apps, presentation software, messaging stickers — and it keeps the resolution and aspect ratio of the original.

Good to know
What format is the download?
A PNG with a transparent alpha channel, at the original resolution. Other tools download as WebP or JPG; this one is always PNG.
Does it handle curly hair and pet fur?
Standard does well on most hair. Pro is tuned for wisps, fur and semi-transparent edges such as veils and glass.
Can I replace the background with a color instead?
Download the PNG and place it on a color in any design app, or describe a plain background to Background Changer for a finished JPG.
Why is it so cheap?
It uses a dedicated cut-out model rather than a full image render, so it costs 1 credit at Standard and 4 at Pro.
