Retouch
Remove an Object
Name the thing — a bin, a wire, a watermark of glare — and it's gone
4 free credits — one Standard run of any tool. No card needed.
- 1Upload the photo with the distracting object in it.
- 2Name the object and, if needed, where it is in the frame.
- 3Shoot, compare with the original, and download or continue with Photo Retouch.

Real Studio output — drag the handle to compare.
Every location has clutter the eye ignores and the camera records: a bin beside the bench, power lines across a sunset, a car parked behind the couple, a phone in someone's hand. Remove an Object clears it. Name what should go and the Studio removes it and fills the space with what belongs there — continuing the wall, the sky, the grass or the floor with the right texture, light and perspective. Everything else in the photo is left exactly as it was.
Be specific about the object and, when there are several, its position: "the red car on the right", "the two signs above the door". Multiple objects can go in one run — "the bin and the cone". It handles small items and large ones, from a stray strap to a whole vehicle, and it works on portraits, travel photos, real-estate and product shots alike. The aspect ratio of the original is preserved.
A Standard run costs 4 credits and takes seconds; Pro and Max finishes reconstruct complicated backgrounds — foliage, patterned tile, crowds — with more fidelity. Remove an Object is the natural companion to Remove a Person, and both sit well before Photo Retouch in a clean-up chain. Compare against the original with one tap before you download, and use AI Photo Editor for edits that involve changing an object rather than removing it.

Good to know
Can it remove text or a date stamp?
Yes. Name it — "the date stamp in the corner" — and the area is filled to match. Do not use it to remove watermarks from photos you do not own.
What about something I am holding or wearing?
Objects in hands and accessories such as a lanyard or a bag can be removed; the Studio rebuilds the hand or clothing underneath.
Will removing a large object leave an obvious patch?
The fill matches texture and perspective, so most removals are invisible. For very large objects against detailed backgrounds, choose Pro finish and check the compare view.
Can I replace the object instead of removing it?
Use AI Photo Editor for that — describe the swap, for example "replace the plastic chair with a wooden bench".
Can I try Remove an Object without paying?
Yes. A new account comes with 4 free credits — one Standard run of Remove an Object or any other tool — and no card is needed.
